Palletizing, Shrink Wrapping & Pallet Rework in Toronto
Palletizing decides whether everything after it goes smoothly: a carrier accepts or refuses by what the pallet looks like, and a claim is won or lost on how the load was stacked. We do this work all day at our Toronto warehouse: loose and floor-loaded freight palletized to your carton count and height spec, shrink-wrapped, banded, labelled and staged for pickup.
The same crews fix what arrives wrong: a leaning, crushed or snapped-pallet load is restacked, re-wrapped and photographed for your carrier claim, usually back out the same day.

Palletization services: loose freight onto carrier-ready pallets
Freight arrives loose more often than anyone plans: floor-loaded containers, courier overflow, returns, trade-show teardown, a production run that outgrew its packaging. Our crews palletize it to whatever standard the next leg demands — carton count per layer, height limits for the destination racking, weight caps per pallet, heat-treated pallets for export, labels matched line by line to the packing list. The load is photographed stacked and wrapped, so what left our dock is on record.

Commercial shrink wrapping, banding and load securement
Wrapping is what keeps a good pallet good. We machine- and hand-wrap to the tension the load actually needs, band heavy or rigid freight with poly or steel strapping, add corner boards and top caps where the stack calls for them, and black-wrap loads that should not advertise their contents in transit. For freight heading into a container or across the border, the same securement standards we use on our own container loading and cross-border work apply.
Fixing broken pallets and damaged cargo
The emergency version of this service is the one clients remember. A receiver refuses a leaning load; a carrier drops a pallet and the corner cartons are crushed; freight lands on a pallet that snapped somewhere along the way. We take the load in, transfer the freight to new pallets, restack and re-wrap it to spec, document the damage with photos and counts for your carrier claim, and send it back out — usually the same day, so a refused delivery becomes a next-day redelivery instead of a lost week. Crews can also come to your dock when the freight cannot move.
