White Glove & Inside Delivery Service in Toronto

White glove delivery does everything a curbside carrier will not: the crew brings the item inside to the room where it belongs, unpacks or uncrates it, places or lightly assembles it, and takes the packaging away.

Two-person crews run on straight trucks from our Toronto warehouse, where the goods are received, inspected and staged first. Furniture showrooms, retail fixture programs, medical equipment suppliers and hospitality projects use it because the delivery is part of the product.

What white glove delivery includes

Every white glove job follows the same sequence. Goods arrive at our warehouse — by container, by your carrier or on our own truck — and are inspected and photographed on receipt so concealed damage is caught before it becomes a delivery-day argument. They are staged until the delivery appointment, which our dispatcher confirms directly with the site or the end customer. On the day, a two-person crew arrives in the booked window with the equipment for the building: stair-climbers, dollies, floor protection, blankets, tools. The item goes to the room of choice, is uncrated or unpacked, placed and lightly assembled if required, and the packaging leaves with the crew. The customer signs a POD with photos of the item in place.

Furniture delivery service in Toronto for showrooms and designers

Furniture retailers and interior designers use our furniture delivery service in Toronto as their delivery department. Pieces arrive from the manufacturer — often in containers we unload ourselves — are inspected, held, and delivered to the client's home or office when the project is ready, with assembly and placement done by the crew and the cartons gone before the client sees the room. Condos with elevator bookings, houses with tight stairs, and offices with after-hours access rules are routine. Damaged or wrong items come back to our warehouse instead of being refused on a driveway.

Retail fixtures, store rollouts and trade show materials

Fixture programs and store rollouts need deliveries timed to the installer, not to a carrier's route. We receive fixtures, millwork, signage and displays for a rollout, stage them by store, and deliver each store's kit inside on the installer's date — overnight and weekend windows included. Unused or reusable fixtures come back to storage for the next location. Exhibition and trade show material is delivered to the venue's marshalling yard or booth on the schedule the show dictates and picked up when it closes.

Medical, laboratory and technical equipment

Analyzers, imaging components, laboratory instruments, dental chairs, fitness equipment and IT hardware need a delivery that ends in the room, not the loading dock. Our crews uncrate, remove protective packaging, place the unit on its final footprint and clear the debris so the vendor's technician arrives to install rather than to unpack. We coordinate the delivery window with the facility's receiving rules and provide photos of the unit and its serial plate on delivery. Crating for the outbound side of these moves is handled by our crating team.

Why our white glove service starts at the warehouse

Most white glove delivery companies pick up from a carrier's dock the morning of the delivery, which means the first time anyone looks at the item is in the customer's driveway. Because our goods are received into our Toronto warehouse, we see them first: inspected, photographed, repacked if the carton is damaged, and staged where a crew can load them properly. A delivery that starts with a known-good item and a confirmed appointment is a delivery that finishes with a signature. That is what our clients are paying for.

Retail & shopping centres

Delivery to malls across the GTA, on the mall's schedule

Every large shopping centre has its own rules for getting freight in: a booked loading dock, a certificate of insurance for property management, security check-in, protected corridors, and move-in windows that usually open when the mall closes. We deliver whenever the property allows it — after hours, overnight and on weekends.

  • After hours, overnight and weekends

Crews are scheduled around the mall's move-in windows. A store fit-up that has to happen between close and open is a normal night for us.

  • Dock booking and mall paperwork

Dock appointment, certificate of insurance and security check-in arranged with property management before the truck rolls.

  • From the dock to the storefront

Freight elevators, corridor floor protection and quiet handling while the mall is closed. Packaging and debris leave with the crew.

  • Fixtures, millwork and merchandise

Rollout kits staged at our warehouse by location and delivered inside the store on the installer's date, one mall or twenty.

The malls we work in: Yorkdale, CF Toronto Eaton Centre, Square One, Vaughan Mills, Scarborough Town Centre, CF Sherway Gardens, CF Fairview Mall, Bramalea City Centre, CF Markville, Upper Canada Mall, Promenade, Hillcrest Mall, Erin Mills Town Centre, Pickering Town Centre, Oshawa Centre, Mapleview Centre and Limeridge Mall — plus every plaza and power centre in between.

FAQ

White-Glove Delivery: frequently asked questions

What is white glove delivery?
A delivery service where a trained crew brings the item inside to the room of choice, unpacks or uncrates it, places and lightly assembles it, and removes the packaging — rather than leaving it at the curb or dock.
How much does white glove delivery cost in Toronto?
It is quoted per delivery based on the item size and weight, the building (stairs, elevator, dock), the services needed (uncrating, assembly, debris removal) and the location. Programs with regular volume get a per-delivery rate card.
Do you deliver to condos and houses as well as businesses?
Yes. Residential deliveries for furniture retailers and designers are a large part of the service, including elevator bookings and tight-access buildings.
Can you deliver to a shopping mall after hours or overnight?
Yes — mall deliveries are usually after-hours work by definition, because most centres only allow move-ins outside shopping hours. We book the loading dock, provide the certificate of insurance property management asks for, check in with security, and run the delivery overnight or on the weekend, whenever the mall's rules allow. Yorkdale, the Eaton Centre, Square One, Vaughan Mills and the rest of the GTA's centres all follow this pattern, and our crews work in them regularly.
Can you store items until the customer is ready?
Yes. Goods are received into our North York warehouse and staged until the delivery is booked — days or weeks. Longer holds move to our monthly pallet storage rate.
Do you assemble furniture and equipment?
Light assembly — legs, headboards, table bases, fixture components — is included. Technical installation of equipment is done by the vendor's technician, who arrives to a unit that is already uncrated and placed.
What happens if the item is damaged?
Damage is caught at receiving, before delivery, and reported to you with photos so a replacement can be arranged. Items refused at delivery return to our warehouse rather than a carrier terminal.
